Dr. Eadie earned his medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine in Charlottesville, VA. He completed his Surgical Internship, Surgical Residency, and Urology Residency at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, KY. Dr. Eadie served in the US Army Reserve in Lexington, KY. Dr. Eadie is certified by the American Board of Urology. He has been practicing medicine in Elizabeth City since 1974. He retired from full-time practice in 2006 and now practices part-time through Women’s Urology at Northeastern OB/Gyn. Dr. Eadie is married, has 3 children and 7 grandchildren. He spends his free time being active in his community, fishing, and spending time & doing projects with his grandchildren.
Ashley obtained her Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Nursing from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC. She spent time studying abroad in Oslo, Sweden. Ashley is a Registered Nurse and Certified Nurse Midwife. She has been practicing in Elizabeth City for 10 years. Ashley and her family are originally from Elizabeth City. She is married with 2 children. Ashley is an active member of Sawyer’s Creek Baptist Church. She has enjoyed mission work in Ecuador, loves spending time & traveling with her family, using her creativity for photo shoots and weddings, and loves reading in her spare time.
Dr. Moncla earned his medical degree at the East Carolina University School of Medicine in Greenville, NC. He completed his Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at the New Hanover Regional Medical Center OB-GYN Residency Training Program in Wilmington, NC. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. After residency Dr. Moncla was stationed at Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas, NV. He provided OB/GYN services to active duty personnel, their dependents, and retirees. In 2005, he separated from the United States Air Force and returned to his hometown, Elizabeth City NC where he joined Northeastern OB/GYN. Dr. Moncla's wife, Kristie, is one the practice's sonographers. They have four children; Nick, Maddy, Chris and Marcus.
Dr. Carter obtained her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA. She completed her internship and her Residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Carter is a diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She has been practicing with Northeastern OB/GYN since 1997. In 2006, Dr. Carter went to part-time status to spend more time with her family. Dr. Carter is married to a General Surgeon, Dr. David Carter, and they have 3 children. Dr. Carter is very active in her church, serving on many committees. Dr. Carter enjoys spending time with her family and has spent time in Ecuador, Africa, Haiti, & China doing mission work and has made it a family affair among her children.
